These things go through the moderator, and for daylilies that is Calif_Sue. I'd like her to weigh in on this, but in my mind if you are convinced that the photo is wrong then you should propose to move it to the right place.
If you know it's wrong but you don't know what it belongs to, then move it to the main daylily entry.
