I noticed that Ruby and John used some type of marker on the outside of the pots that the iris and daylily plant they gave me was in. Great idea..I didn't have another peony ring so I cut the bottom out of the large pot that John had some iris in for me and put it around a peony that was flopping on the ground till I can get some from Gardener's supply or HD..
