I think it would be fine since it was labeled as such, especially since a cultivar name was added to the label. It could have been just labeled 'aloe' or 'gasteraloe' but with the cultivar name, it most likely is correct. But adding photos as it grows and then checking it with experts or other online shots of mature ones would be a great idea.
