Hello, I am not an expert on Lithops, but I have read a good deal about them, and I remember reading that if they get too much water they will elongate. Could this be the problem? Also read that if you in doubt about watering DO NOT! They should not be watered at all during the summer--unless they are shrivelling and then MIST THEM. frostfairy
