no blooms, just a tall bush left to tend itself except for the occasional person saying "you can't get up these steps without getting hit in the face by that bush" and then they whack at it.
I have noticed it has started getting aphids i think.I'm getting ready to treat my plants going to get it to.This is the first time it's ever had any bugs besides caterpillars etc... chewing on a few leaves.
It's got some new growth would pictures of that help?I will snap a few more pics.
FYI: I have removed leaves because of aphid damage,hope that didn't make it harder to ID
