Something good came out that storm last night..2 in. of rainfall. My daughter that lives about 8 miles away in another city called to see if we have electricity. They don't and she sees a neighbor's popular tree over powerlines and she wonders if that is reason her electricity is out. If she doesn't get power back, she's going to attempt to get to me to use our freezer, as she had just bought up a bunch of meat. Nice to know I won't have to water all the flowers this morning. I didn't work out in the flowerbeds yesterday; entirely too hot. I have one or two gardening chores that I'd like to accomplish and that won't take long.
