I have heard people say that before about the ones that cristate, they need to settle in or clump up before it will do this. FROM THE SEA (Gaskins) frequently does what TIKI GOD shows but it is very inconsistent because it isn't on every petal when it does, maybe one or maybe two with a bloom here and there with it on all 3.
