I put up the Royal Jasminum photo with good intentions. I since came upon a discrepancy with the Jasminum Rex and the photo I put up as a Royal. I purchased the plant from Logees and it was tagged Royal Jasmine (Jasminum nitidum)...
The Star Jasmine (Muitifloprum) and the Jasminum Nitidum have almost idential blooms.
The Royal (Rex) bloom is very different. Therefore, I do not want to be responsible for any errors on this database. I suggest we remove the photo I posted under Royal Jasmine in the Database and I have removed it from List.
If anyone has any suggestions how we can better describe or clarify these different species I would be very happy to hear it. There are so many and it can be very confusing to new people who are just beginning to grow these tropicals.
