Hi Jacquie, you can propose the deletion of the incorrect photo yourself, very easy.
Find the photo from your list of contributions on your profile page, enlarge the photo and then scroll down and click on the "Propose this image be deleted". There it will ask for a brief description as to why you are proposing the deletion. A simple, "wrong image' will suffice and then click "Submit the Proposal" button.
