Hi Maria. Lovely plant. I can tell it's not a sempervivum. Might be one of the many Echeveria. Here is a link for you to post your photos to see if some one can help with a name for you.
Meanwhile, maybe some one will come along that knows this particular succulent. It will not be winter hardy in your part of the world. But will do very well indoors for winter.
