But another group here in the US is suggesting that you can actually reverse the disease process of an individual, so that sick people become healthy by eating a diet of 90% plant based foods. The ANDI score is a measure of the nutrient density of foods. If you think about this list, you will probably notice that most of these foods are likely to be found in a permaculture garden.
