There are already to many edges, ruffles etc. for me. I prefer the "tailored" look. And, I love selfs. Give me Bela Lugosi any day. Another self I love is Kissed Off. That is a nice one.

Bobbie, I should send you a piece of one of my tall ones when I divide it. Remember, I am not very tall, and I have to break blooms off to look at them. I can't see them if they are on the scapes.

I know everyone is after true blue, but I'd love to see true any color. Yellows are good. Peach can be ok... but the reds don't hold a candle to a good red geranium or rose. Pinks and Purples have terrible color compared to phlox. Etc. Sometimes I look at the daylilies and then at my other perennials and wonder why I grow any of them other than Yellow. Even Joan Derifiled isn't that intense when you compare it to roses or phlox.

Of course, yellow is my favorite...
