This is the first year I've had them come back and, while they are definitely not as impressive as the first year's blooms, I still wouldn't kick them out of my garden. Smiling These were in a fairly shallow container in a somewhat sheltered area. Smaller and not not as vivid, but still quite nice.

Edited to add: This same plant has come back yet again this year (August 2013); the blooms haven't opened yet, but it is looking quite healthy.
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
