Beautiful quilt and flowers , Susie ! Thumbs up

I have two of those morning glory bushes that I grew for the first time this year from those cute fuzzy little seeds. They both are in pots and are now taller then me, but they have never bloomed. Any suggestions ? Do the flowers come from the V where the branches meet the trunk ? Will they die out in the winter ? Do you feed them ?

Thanks Smiling
