Hello everyone,

I have a pot of what the tag said was Portulaca.I was given some cuttings from a pot of flowers that the label said was Portulaca, but they are definitely not the same plant.Could someone help me out with a link, web site, some info.on the different varieties of Portulaca.

Are one of the plants miss labeled?

The one plant that's cutting's i put them in a bucket of damp soil and they have continued to bloom it's amazing and beautiful.I am assuming since they are reacting this way they will root easily & quickly.I am wanting to plant them in a bed where they can spread and/or mound.
I am posting this here because even though i have never grown these beautiful plants i do believe them to be a variety of portulaca/purslane.

I would appreciate a positive ID on these 2 plants and some info on growing them.

A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
