Hi Sandi, Yes these can be rooted or grafted onto a rootstock, almost all the cuttings we took this year has rooted. I see you live in Jacksonville, I lived there for 32 years , grew up on southside estates and then lived on the westside after graduation, lived off Cassat Ave. My sister and her family still live there close to where Cecil Field use to be and my brother and his family live in Mandrin.
