Hi Sharon! I have stuck them right in the soil at times but they sometimes rot so if I'm not in a hurry I will lay them in a dry spot to callous over for a bit before potting them up. I remember about 10-15 years ago they were a dime a dozen in these parts ... don't seem them much in the garden centers anymore but our garden centers don't carry many house plants nowadays for some reason.
~ I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt!
~ Playing in the dirt is my therapy ... and I'm in therapy a lot!
