Dear Doris, that is so true about dandelion wine! I was having a discussion on Sharon's idea about plantains. It got on about stinging nettles in the end, as we have the Nettle eating Championship in Dorset each year. There is an art to eating nettles as the hairs are hypodermic and point upwards, so you start at the bottom in theory, although I have never tried it!
