Good reminder! This is something I've had to fight my entire life. For some reason, I'm extremely prone to heat exhaustion, have been ever since I was a baby. Like Pegi, my poor garden is suffering, too, because it's just too hot to do much during the day.

And I've found that if you find yourself feeling the effects of the heat, it helps a lot to drape a cold cloth around your neck; helps to cool you down faster.
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
