Great reminder Paul. The next 3 days we will be in the 100's.
I have to work extra hard to stay hydrated. I don't like water, so I add a bit of lemon juice or pomegranate juice to my water.
I am so thankful it cools down at night here. I go out early in the morning and in the evening when the sun is setting.
