>> I tried buying the manilla coin envelopes in the past from office supply stores & the small seeds fall out of the edges!

I don't use those any more, but I used to, for seeds that might have just a little more drying to do. Humidity only passes very slowly out of plastic Zip-Locs.

When I did use coin envelopes, I scotch-taped the bottom flap and a little of the seam up the back "just so they wouldn';t come unglued".
That was probably unnecessary.

Even though I used a paper clip to keep the top flap closed, I didn't trust them not to leak seeds, so I always propped them up until dry enough to seal into plastic Zip-Locs.

Try cutting the bottom 2-3" off a small cardboard box, like macaroni-and-cheese or Corn meal biscuits or crackers or cereal, for a small "tray" to hold lots of seed pkts upright. Also, largeish pill bottles will hold just one Zip-Lock upright and open, for spooning or funneling seeds into. It's best if the pill bottle is slightly smaller than the Zip-Loc, to hold it open a bit.

I fold squares of stiff, glossy magazine cover (or card stock) into small-mouth funnels that will fit into a 2x3" Ziplock, and give me a larger target for pouring seeds into. 3-4 pill bottles INSIDE a Ritz cracker-box-bottom will hold 3-4 Zip-Locs and funnels upright side-by-side, for mass seed counting. If that's a little tippy, puit some coins or clean pebbles into the bottom to weight it down.

Now I skip the coin-envelope step for drying seeds. After drying for a few weeks on coffee filters, I transfer them into Zip-Locs held OPEN with a bit of office paper folded zig-zag to keep the Zip-Loc wide open. I still rely on propping them upright until they're "paranoid-dry".

BTW, office paper serves as a crude initial gauge of dryness. If it is at all limp, the seeds are WAY too moist.
Newspaper is suposed to be better: it will 'crackle' when fully dry, be stiff when dryish, or limp when humid.
Anyway, I store seeds in plastic tubs with a dessincant packet and humidity indicating card, so I don;'t think I've left any paranoid stone unturned.

I make silica-gel dessicant pkts out of Kraft Paper coin envelopes with a little scotch tape on bottom & side. I used 2-3 staples to hold the top flap closed, but a little dusty silica gel DOES leak out if they fall over. Maybe I should tape the top flap closed, too. Flower-drying silica gel is very non-toxic, and a small tub only needs 1-2 tablesoonsfull. I think it was $5-6 for 1 1/2 pounds at a craft store. I've been using that for several years, and plan to regenerate the silica gel in the oven when I get to the bottom of my jar.
