As far as rebloomers go, how can I know which zone they will re-bloom in. Should I just do business with someone in by zone? That way if they say rebloom then I know it will rebloom. Right?
Someone mentioned 'Firestorm' as a bud builder on the first thread. Can I buy a bud builder or is there something I must do to it?
