My Adeniums love rain! If the days following are windless and cloudy and cool, that's the problem, rot might set in. One thing to do is give the plants a shake to rid them of puddles of water on their leaves, and too much water in the buds. Soaked buds often rot and fall off, and water on leaves can leavr spots. These spots are unsightly, but not a threat that I know of.
If you get days of rain, once it stops, what I do is to upend the pots, letting the plant come an inch or two out of the pot into my hand, if they fit, anyway, and then turn them back rightside up,. This gives them breathing space inside the pot. So I think anyway!
