I agree but this plant is used in local medicine and its also used for visions by witch doctors but then they know what they are doing. In the hands of a novice its poison.
Today its Apocynum Cannibinum, Indian Hemp. Misused due to its narcotic properties, left well enough alone by animals and sane humans and no, its not Cannibus Indica.
