A friend contacted me on FaceBook with that question. She wants to plant something besides pansies to have some winter color. We're about 20 miles north of Atlanta GA. She thinks I'm a gardening guru, even though I keep telling her I get all my info from here.

Her actual question is:

What, in your experience, grows well in winter (in pots and in the ground) and provides color throughout the winter, aside from pansies

So can y'all help me out?

Thanks! Thumbs up

I'm going to retire and live off of my savings. Not sure what I'll do that second week.
