Charlene, we missed you! Now, don't go TOO Floridian on us! I like the idea of no freezing weather, too. The February freezes were pretty bad here...we had leaking pipes after the one where temps were in the teens so long. And there's a leaky faucet and a valve we still need to repair soon. I HATE plumbing things! Well, I'm happy for you, Charlene!
