I got this container of succulents last Apr2010, which grew quite fast, a mix of Graptoveria Fred Ives and Rock Purslane, they got too entwined, it was hard to see where one ends and the other begins..so during Spring this 2012, I did a major repot, tried to separate them. So now after summer, checked on the cuttings, and they have adjusted quite well, and it seems actively growing too this Fall.

Started small like this, different types mixed in one container:

I was not sure which cutting will grow, so I got cuttings in different containers:

And after summer 2012, here they are now..lots of little ones...cool! I believe these ones are the Graptoveria cuttings:

I think the lesson I learned here is, much as these succulents look good while they are smaller in a container, they way we love mixing different types in one container, it is best to move them into their own separate containers as soon as possible or relocate them on the ground if you can, otherwise you can't make heads or tails of them..they grow similarly and hard to distinguish which one is which, even if you put names on them. Whistling It sure is fun how easy it is to grow more of them.
