I have never had my upright sedum form flowers ever, same goes with my aeonium arboreum, I think it is my limited sun here in my garden area.

Lovely to see the blooming upright sedums Hurray! My sedum just forms multiple branches here and there, or sometimes makes pups..they look like a huge bouquet of leaves right now. Smiling
