Jojoe, first two photos could be variegated sedums, for the last two as Lynn says it looks like Mother of Thousands, which makes many babies at the tips..very fast to multiply so do watch out for the little ones it produces. Nature helps me control Mother of Thousands, since I plant it in containers outside, come cold, wet season, it tapers down, sometimes seems ready to die, but quickly recovers as soon as drier, warmer temps return.
