Tarev, I think what happens as with any plant arrangement in a pot, the beauty lies in the compatibility of color, size, and form of each plant with its neighbor. Time changes all that as each plant grows/changes and the look of the bigger and changed plant members will outgrow the design look orignally intended. Kind of like kids who are sisters and brothers having their picture taken and Mom has dressed them a certain way to be complimentary but take a picture of these kids grown up and they might not look as cute together. So the separating of the plant arrangement members enable each to be admired for their own unique characteristics.
