I had the same thought Fred Hilarious!

James thinks it will be easier with the seedlings in pots, that way if he decides to keep one ( or throw one out) all he has to do is grab the pot and go plant it (or sit it in the bed until final decision) in the keeper beds instead of having to dig it up. He marks the ones he's watching with flags now (which tends to be a lot with the amount of seedlings he has) and by the time he gets around to digging them he forgets what they all look like so.......

Next projects on the list

Building more beds
Adding more sprinklers for the beds
Adding frost covers to some of the beds
Not to mention FINALLY putting up the poles for the shade cloth
WEED WEED WEED the jungle that is growing that we haven't had time to get to Blinking
