FYI, update... I moved my RC into more light, full sun, feed it more and made sure that it got watered every day and it finally bloomed! I just love it and the scent. I had to put it in a larger pot as the pot int was in was starting to crack. It is now inside and under a grow light. I hope that it keeps blooming but I think it may stop because I disturbed the roots.
