Susan, thanks so much.I learned the hard way they really are a good shade plant.I had put a couple things in the wheelbarrow for a rock garden i'm putting together or i guess it's just coming together as i get new plants, rocks, driftwood etc... anyway i didn't notice my loving helpful hubby had put a pot of Hosta in also.I left it at the rock garden & i notice that the leaves are yellow.

Will the plant be ok? I'm hoping it's just sunburned and will recover!!! I have about 5 that all have what i guess is a flower bud growing out of the middle.

Are these plants good to use as a tree line bed.I am wanting to get the different ones with the different colors & sizes and plant them accordingly. They aren't easy to find around here in the garden centers but i haven't really been looking, but i will start.
A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
