Carp-which your fish are are cold water fish and can live through a cold winter, hibernating at the bottom. As long as your pond is at least 3 feet deep they should be OK. Here's my disclaimer, IDK about ice. Assuming your pond has or will freeze over I only assume carp will survive. But the babies?? IDK? November here in Texas is the time to clean out ponds. Our fish are already hibernating and I never see them. If you want to move them indoors, I'd say do it now...before it snows. I have Koi, Shubunkin,. comets and an undetermined amount of babies.
