Funny you should mention Christmas Cactus. I have a small plant that my neighbor gave me last Christmas. The plant has not been watered hardly all year and has been dropped several times. Like an Timex, takes a licking and keeps on ticking. This is my kinda plant after all the fussing in the garden, it is very forgiving and will not pout if you neglect it during the growing season.. I re-potted it last week and vowed to buy six more!

Shannon, your plants are way too happy!! Try some neglect. Rolling on the floor laughing
Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Mat.6:28-29
