This is a good point.

We have (ignore the numbers in paranthesis):

Under 1" (1144)
1"-2" (1145)
3"-4" (1147)
5"-6" (1148)
7"-12" (1149)
Over 12" (1150)

We should add

2"-3"
and
4"-5"

That's my opinion.
