Hi Sharon, nearly tears from this story. I suppose we all did things we weren't supposed to about that age, in the suburbs of Melbourne I didn't have quite such special places, but I did feed the draught horses at the nearby dairy, and gather flowers where an old house had been pulled down. I'm glad they raised us with a conscience and we've passed it on to our kids. Hope you had a happy birthday, I sent you best wishes on DG but as it was a re-print I guess you didn't look at it.
