I decrate my street planter for Christmas.. you might remember it from last year.. my gingerbread house
It survived last year on the sreet.. and I put it out on the street again today.. with a few upgrades...
I build up the house out of 1 " thick foam... and get the iceing look with a white caulk..... the kids would stop to look through the windows that had a LED votive candle in them... So this year I put a tiny decorated tree inside.. with minature lights.. and a glass Santa to greet the ones that peer into the windows.. I strung 150' of ribbon up to the top where string trellis had been.. and now has the ribbon and some sparkley snow flakes.. and some solar lit snowflakes.. which are only visable in the first blury available light photo.. then there's the house with a flash.. and a view the kids have of it inside
