Hi Brian,

I haven't seen mine bloom. I got them almost three years ago as tiny seedlings from a fellow amaryllis enthusiast in PA. I don't give them special care. Just the occasional fertilizing. And I am hoping to see them bloom this season. They are dormant right now.

It sounds like you are giving them fert with high nitrogen content.


Perhaps JT and others who grow this species will share their experience.
