Do you mean Pompon Two, which was introduced by Rudolph in 1987?
If so, just click on the "Add a new plant to the database" button at the top of the Database page and you should get a page that looks like this:

In the box for "Primary common name", type: Tall Bearded Iris
In the box for Genus, type: Iris
Leave the Species box blank
In the box for Cultivar, type Pompon Two
It should then get approved by the moderators of the iris database.
