Thanks all,
Normally it should be really cold (-10 -15 C, or worse), all covered in snow.
We had lower temps and at least 25-30 cm of snow but somehow it all got warmer.
Now sunny but I feel it's below freezing.
The Echinacea I think tried to bloom in the fall... I actually saw a small bud before winter.
These are transplants from late spring and because we had no rains all summer, they never really started to grow.
I am really wondering what's gonna do... bloom when spring comes, abort these buds and make new ones???

I got more pics... soon Smiling
