My last post i wrote "they are in a container drying out" i wasn't very clear since i was talking about seeds & seed pods as well as the rosemary bush.I was talking about the seed pod had been put in something to dry out.Is there a big difference in growing these herbs and can they be sown outside in the spring? If they can is it best in pots or on the ground. The lady that gave them to me said she just put her seeds out as the plant itself would. She also gave me 4 o'clocks & morning glory seeds, saying to just put them out around jan or feb. and put a little bit of something over them to protect them from wind birds etc...(leaves,mulch,peat) only a little peat and not soil.Any opinions on this advice???
A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
