Petunias are difficult for me. This year I'll sow them in individual disposable coffee cups and put them on the windowsills. They like to be damp BUT NOT WET so I spray them occasionally and water them lightly with a turkey baster. If I do put some out it will be when the weather here gets warmer, but these will take longer to bloom.
