How about neighbor who doesn't realize that the building's "secret garden" isn't a dog run! Meanwhile I've stepped in dog doo twice! grrr. I hope its all taken care of though, because I decided to go to the root of the trouble, and last time I saw the dog (with his owner, in the garden) I yelled and made such a racket that the poor beast freaked out! (I know this is mean, but I wanted the dog to really NOT want to come into the garden!) We'll see if it works! Connie I suppose yelling really loudly won't help!
