Artemisia genipi:

From high, very high (up to 12,500 ft.) in the Alps comes this delightful little, silvery-woolly, shrubby aromatic plant. With finely cut leaves entirely covered with silky greyish-white hairs, it bears from July to September spikes of tiny yellow flowers.
