JoJoe, I wouldn't do anything to it now. It all looks good. I would say if the plant looks healthy and putting out new growth then leave it alone. The rock is doing it's job, leave them there. Some people don't fertilize their succulents probably because their soil is more naturally enriched than other people's. I lived in a place where the soil did not have the benefit of organic decomposition and so I fertilized regularly once a month during the growing period. If you do decide to fertilize with what's available out there, I would cut the dosage in half at least. Succulents grow much slower than other plants so don't need the boost.
