I am late starting tomatoes this year. Four days ago I mixed vermiculite and sifted peat moss to fill 28 little pots, sowed tomato seeds, and put the pots in the roaster. This morning I took 21 pots out of the roaster with little tomato plants already up. A few hours of sunlight will green them up: Thumb of 2013-02-28/patrob/d650b3

Today I am planning to sow the next batch of tomatoes as well as some peppers and eggplants.
