At long last I meet the scarlet pimpernel. Not quite true, meet it twice a year but never new that this is the glamorous scarlet pimpernel.

"Anagallis foemina can be distinguished from Anagallis arvensis on the basis of the hairiness and arrangement of the petals and by the length of the flower stalk".
