I'm inclined to think that, Lin. I'm kind of a Drac-o-phile and never heard of bicolor except in the PATSP blog article. Does anyone have a reliable source comparing leaves of 2 different plants, bicolor and tricolor, or at least describing the stripes? Not at all that Mr. S. isn't reliable, just that the pictured plant can't really be seen closely enough to compare leaf stripes with my bifocals, there is flash glare, and he is just reporting what's on the tag. AFAIK, tricolor has red edges, white next to that, then green, and often a thin white stripe in the middle.
