This is a "two-fer" photo. Cutest little boy and biggest kale I've ever seen! It's really beautiful.
We were in line at Whole Foods last night, and the guy in front of us was telling me how he prepares kale (he had a huge bag of it). Then the check-out clerk added her recipe prep for kale. And finally the bagger began to tell us how to char it first. DH said he still wouldn't eat it, but I will.
